This has been a dream that is long overdue. I am a certified Red Seal chef with over 20 years’ experience in the culinary industry. I have worked from fast food restaurants, catering, casual to fine dining. I have ran, operated and owned successful restaurants and catering companies in the past. I took a break for a few years so that I can help raise my young family. My wife Hazel and I are parents of two young boys, ages 5 and 9. As the kids are now both in school full time, I am able to get back to what I love and that is my passion for cooking. Many of my friends and family have been waiting for years for me to finally open up my own place. No more salivating at photos I constantly post on social media. This is it. The dream is now reality.

My goal is to provide scratch made meals with the freshest of ingredients from local suppliers. I want to use the many influences I’ve learned along my culinary journey working while traveling in other parts of the world. I want to give value without compromising flavour, quality and without lacking creativity.  I look forward to seeing you soon.
